Villa Marim is located directly by the sea in the south of the island of Krk in Croatia, in the quaint fishing village of Stara Baška with taverns, restaurants and cocktail bars. Surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, the place and the island offer many experiences, activities and attractions for your villa vacation, such as the old town of Vrbnik and Krk.
Enjoy the highest level of luxury in full privacy on the beach: you wake up in the morning with a view of the sea, walk past the pool to the stunning beach, and take a swim before you relax on comfortable lounge chairs by the sea before breakfast. This is what makes your vacation unique.
In October 2019, the planning process of Villa Marim began on a spacious plot of land directly by the sea, and in summer of 2022 the luxury villa on the island of Krk in Croatia opened for you.
With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a luxury beachfront getaway with friends or family becomes a reality. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and incredible sea views from your bed. A spacious living room, the kitchen including dining room and utility room, and an open fireplace that elegantly connects all rooms are located on the ground floor. Next door, in a separate part of the complex, you will find the luxury suite, independent from the rest of the building, with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
All rooms on the ground floor are connected to a large terrace where the pool, outdoor kitchen and bar and dining area are located. The terrace is the center of the complex and leads to many other areas such as the secluded beach with private access, the sauna and jacuzzi, the lounge terrace on the rock by the sea, the boat dock, and a rustic relaxation zone in the shade behind the villa.
Stara Baška is a place on the southwest of the island of Krk in the beautiful Kvarner Bay in Croatia. It is known for its pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal clear water and the most beautiful beaches on the island. In addition to rest and relaxation away from mass tourism, you will find numerous activities, events and attractions on the island of Krk.
